We decided to put this website together, because we are constantly talking to friends and family about great new products on the market that we have come across. We get so many magazines and catalogs every day featuring new items that are “supposed” to make your life easier, and save you time and money… some do … but some certainly don’t ! … and somehow, between the two of us we seem to end up trying many of them out !

The only thing better to us than getting a great new gadget or product – is getting one at a “bargain” price ! We love bargains ! So when we find a great product at a great price, we are keen to tell everyone we know about it, and often end up in passionate conversations about a new kitchen item, or something cool for the car. So we created “WeTriedIt.com” to give reviews on whether these items are a "Treasure or Trash" ! You will find our reviews give it to you straight ! No Scientific tests or technical vocabulary – just unbiased reviews in everyday language of what we thought of a certain product after 'we tried it'.

In addition, we include contests, prizes, and other content which we hope you will find fun and entertaining !

Danielle & Sheldon were introduced to each other in June, 1997, by Elvis Duran who works alongside Danielle, on the Z-Morning Zoo on New York’s Z100 & Miami's Y100 radio stations. Danielle’s feisty Bronx character, and Sheldon’s dry British wit, have made their relationship very entertaining for each other, and for their friends and family around them !
